ABOUT BRISTOL MASONS

OUR VISION

Our vision is to create a supportive community where members can grow personally. We aim to foster an environment where respect and understanding are paramount, enabling us to contribute positively to society and help those in need.

WHAT WE DO

Bristol Masons engage in various charitable activities and community service projects. We hold regular meetings that include ceremonies, discussions, and social events, which not only strengthen our bonds but also empower us to fulfill our civic responsibilities and make a difference in the wider community.

OUR COMMUNITY

Our community is built on the principles of friendship, charity, and brotherhood. We encourage our members to participate actively in both lodge activities and community service, ensuring that we remain connected and supportive of one another while making meaningful contributions to society.

JOIN OUR JOURNEY

Whether taking part in social events or fundraising, charity is at the very heart of being a Mason.

Our members make valuable contributions to deserving causes and it’s because of this we’re recognised as one of the largest charitable givers in the country, contributing £51.1m to deserving causes in 2020.

ABOUT US

In Bristol we have 38 lodges, with the oldest dating back to 1758, each with it's own unique and sometimes interesting traditions.

Masonry, or Freemasonry as it's often referred to in the UK, is split into geographical provinces. Each province then has a number of lodges that meet on different days of the week.
